At Arctic Trucks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure faster processing.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
